FULL ATTENDANCE is expected on Tuesday because spinal injury management lessons will be continued by M'am Tan and bertinus sir.


those that are unable to come must either have a very very very very very very VALID reason.
MCs for headache, stomachache and other minor crap that cost 5 dollars will not be accepted as valid reasons. just because you have a cold or a stomachache doesn't mean you can't blow your nose or go to the toilet during training.

(8.00 to 8.20) [optional] PT with Bertzzzz


(8.30am - 9.20am) Refreshing of drills and practise


(9.20am - 9.30am) Break


(9.15am - 1pm or later) First Aid Lesson : Spinal Management



if you are unsatisfied with the above arrangement, come up with something better. if you are unable to come up with something better, but just want to make hypocritical comments, then STFU!

will be held on Saturday, 27th December. We heard u liked after christmas training so we put an after christmas training into an after christmas training so you can have an after christmas training while having an after christmas training.

It is a very impotant lessons, so i wish everyone will turn up for the training nxt tues. attendence for the past trainings hav been bad, so i hope u all will buck up on ur attendance. If u all think tat training hav been hard, or too much training, pls voice out to us, but bear this in mind... when the competition are around the corner, ard 1 moths away frm competition, we will most proberbly hav training everyday except sundays..so ya, think abt tat
