FULL ATTENDANCE is expected on Tuesday because spinal injury management lessons will be continued by M'am Tan and bertinus sir.
those that are unable to come must either have a very very very very very very VALID reason.
MCs for headache, stomachache and other minor crap that cost 5 dollars will not be accepted as valid reasons. just because you have a cold or a stomachache doesn't mean you can't blow your nose or go to the toilet during training.

the training schedule is as follows :
(8.00 to 8.20) [optional] PT with Bertzzzz
(8.30am - 9.20am) Refreshing of drills and practise
(9.20am - 9.30am) Break
(9.15am - 1pm or later) First Aid Lesson : Spinal Management
if you are unsatisfied with the above arrangement, come up with something better. if you are unable to come up with something better, but just want to make hypocritical comments, then STFU!
